On 21st. May 2012 I received a visit from one of your technicians to repair a leak in our Bosch washing machine. He arrived as planned, took one look at the problem, went to his van and returned with the replacement part. He then removed the old and replaced with the new, checked his final assembly, packed up his tools and completed the necessary invoicing. This exercise was completed in less than thirty minutes.
This could only have been done by a technician who is extremely efficient, and familiar with product knowledge.
His name, DAVID.

I contacted United Appliance when I came home one day to find my Miele dishwasher had completely flooded my kitchen, warping my cupboards and damaging my floors.

Upon being given a timeframe for a Miele technician to arrive of three days I decided to do the ring around and gave United Appliance a shot as the service call was reasonable and there didn't seem to be any timing costs, plus they could be there later that same day due to the urgent nature of my problem.

The technician arrived and found that the installation of my brand new dishwasher was done incorrectly subsequently leading to the issue causing the flooding and damage to my kitchen.

Not only did he correct the problem, give me advise on what to do with the situation, but also had the office send me documentation for my insurance claim ensuring that my claim was head ache free and my kitchen was returned to working order in the quickest time possible.

I was also impressed with the fact that not one piece of paper was used throughout the whole thing, apart from my credit card receipt, with invoicing, signature and all completed on tablets!

Since then I have had my washing machine repaired by United Appliance as well, and the receptionist had my full history within seconds, so I didn't have to go through the rigmarole of address details etc.

I personally recommend United Appliance to anyone with any issue with their appliances. Their professionalism and quality all round will ensure you don't go anywhere else!

We recently moved into our new home and immediately started having issues with three appliances, one of which we gained upon buying the house.

The existing cooktop was of a particular brand that almost no one had heard of before.

After calling around and doing the sums, I contacted United Appliance and was hugely surprised and impressed with the flat fee for several appliances which included all labour (yes, including return trips!)

I was also relieved when they knew of the brand of our cooktop after calling 10 or so other repairers who had told me to get rid of it as they didn't know anyone who could fix one.

After the initial visit, we paid our flat fee for the three appliances, and repair on my dryer and refrigerator was completed on the spot. Then an appointment was booked for completion of the dreaded cooktop, as it was an unusual brand and parts had to be sourced.

On the second trip out to my property by the same, very professional and courteous technician (who also didn't mind my three year old under his feet trying to help him out) I can only say my cooktop was completely transformed.

The cooktop had previously looked rusted, with broken knobs and little heat coming through with which to cook with and by the time the technician left, it looked like I had just brought it that day and installed it. The heat was back, but it was also absolutely sparkling with brand new knobs and is now a proud part of my kitchen.

I cannot thank United Appliance enough, the fact that the one technician could repair all issues, and had parts ready to go for my "normal" appliances and then returned at NO extra cost to complete the cooktop was just fantastic.

I highly highly recommend their services to anyone and everyone.
